About Verity Warne Yoga

With nearly two decades of yoga experience and specialized training in Vinyasa and Hot Flow, I guide students through practices that balance physical challenge with mental clarity. When I first discovered Vinyasa, I was just looking for a way to balance out my intense cardio training. What I found instead was something that not only made me stronger and more flexible, but also gave my busy mind some much-needed breathing space. This personal experience has led me to complete over 330 hours of teacher training - starting with 250-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training with Spiralling Crow in 2020. I remain committed to continuously developing my practice and teaching skills.

I love how Vinyasa encourages us to focus on the process rather than just the end result. This approach shapes my teaching style, which combines physical challenge with mindfulness techniques, whether in dynamic vinyasa or gentle slow flow. My classes blend flowing movement with breath awareness, creating a supportive space where both newcomers and experienced practitioners can develop their practice safely and confidently.

Each session builds strength and flexibility while helping you develop useful mindfulness skills that extend beyond class. Whether you're just starting or deepening your practice, you'll find a welcoming environment where it's okay to wobble, fall out of poses, and learn together.
