Shantdeep is a beautiful soul and guide, with a particular focus upon sound healing and nada yoga. Every one of her classes and offerings are infused with her calm and loving presence, and her deeply healing voice + mantras.

These sessions focus greatly upon Pranayama & Breathwork, beginning with some dynamic movement to open the body and respiratory channel, and then leading into an extended Pranayama Practice that brings a host of benefits to both Body + Mind. No previous experience needed!

*At Vichara Yoga Shala we endeavour to create a safe space in all ways possible, using natural cleaning + sanitizing products, and requesting our community to BYOP at this time (bring your own props). We honour each person's choice, we are a non-discriminating + private gathering space, do not require V passports, and ask you to stay true to your comfort by choosing to either attend our indoor group classes or to schedule privates or join online.
