Joy is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with extensive training in trauma-informed practice. She has deep respect and gratitude for yogic tradition and her root teacher T.K.V. Desikachar. Her approach is heart-centered and adaptive to the individual. She offers clear guidance and practical somatic tools that can be integrated little and often to build capacity for nervous system coherence and harmony on all dimensions. Joy has over a decade of experience facilitating sessions, supporting clients, and training practitioners.
Description
These meditation sessions welcome you to sit into your own effortless peacefulness and to know what it is to be meditation, rather than ‘do it’. Sessions begin with guidance and lead into silence.
Tiffany has spent the last 20+ years in long periods of silent, dark and solitude retreats. She offers Self-Inquiry Meditation in a way that truly welcomes us to reside in our depth of Being.
