Vichara Yoga Shala
Virginie Rose Sauvagnat
Virginie Rose Sauvagnat, tu peux l'appeler Vie!

Virginie Rose Sauvagnat, you can call her V! She has been offering yoga, women's circles, and sound healing for five years and is joining Vichara Yoga to lead a bilingual "Heart Yoga" (Hatha) class.
She holds over 500 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Tantra.
She is a perfectly imperfect human human who loves dancing, traveling, laughing, singing, and wearing comfy loungewear.
Her approach is laid back and profound, inviting to open our heart and let go of the need to perform, making space for relaxation and inner calm. It is about remembering the simple joy of being alive together, not in the past or the future, but right here, right now.
Virginie Rose has chosen the path of the heart, hence the name of her class: Heart Yoga.
Looking forward to breathing together.
