About this event
Full Moon - in Capricorn (Where Cancer + Capricorn meet) Water + Earth.
This Cancer side of this Moon the water sign, asked you to move gently as this one of the most nurturing and compassionate of signs packed with emotion.
Cancers spirit creature is the Crab, whom carries its home on its back. This moon is all about feeling at home, safe, secure + nourished.
We explored how we can feel more at home in ourselves and surrounding is often about acceptance. It is about embracing where we are or need to be, even though we may feel challenged, fearful, or at odds with what lies before us or perhaps more importantly within us.
The Capricorn side of this moon is giving us the earthy grounding and support we need to release all unwanted + stuck emotions, to leanr to forgive on new levels. Clearing your path to feel stronger and more confident.
The Full Moon Ceremony
We will connect to the moon's energy, share together some beautiful Pranayama (breathwork).
Cleanse and detox our space and sacred energy.
Envoke the full moon energy and elements of the zodiac.
We close by using the celebrational energy of the full moon to acknowledge our achievements, ourselves and all of our blessings including the great power or the full moon.
My moon ceremonies are simply a time for you to enjoy the gentle presence of stillness, and carve out that time for yourself - you are more than worth it!

What you will need
Journal + Pen - Optional crayons, paints etc.
Something to burn - incense, sage, rosemary, lavander.
Comfortable Place (to be and sit)
Headphones or own music playing in the background of you home.
