Summer often arrives with a full calendar. Social gatherings, holidays, celebrations, and endless opportunities to do more can leave us feeling as though we need to keep pace with the season. Yet nature reminds us of something quite different.
The warmth of summer isn't asking us to burn ourselves out.
It's inviting us to bask.
To soak up the sunshine, to savour slow mornings, to linger over conversations, to walk barefoot on the earth, to breathe a little deeper, and to allow our nervous systems to soften.

So here is a slow and stretchy practice to soak up the magic of summer.
