What do I need to bring to class?
Yoga mats and other equipment can be provided, however you may like to bring your own mat if you prefer. For online classes you’ll need a mat. I’ll make equipment suggestions at the start of class if needed too. You might like to bring a water bottle to keep hydrated too.

Wear comfortable clothes in which you can move easily, with additional layers to keep you warm for the beginning and during rest at the end of class.

Can I practice yoga with an injury?
