Paramesh is a yoga and meditation teacher, educator, podcast host, and inter-faith chaplain. He holds a Master degree in Contemplative Religion with Sanskrit Language from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. He has taught in yoga studios, ashrams, hospitals, businesses, addiction treatment centers, psychiatric hospitals, and county jail. He has also worked as a hospital and hospice chaplain. Paramesh teaches an integrated yoga practice incorporating prānāyāma, āsana, and meditation. He teaches breath based Hatha yoga that seamlessly use the breath and body to lead one easily inwards into deep meditation practice.

Intermediate Yoga Ropes
The ropes are an excellent help to the body's biotensegrity; concept that defines the connection between the muscular system and the stability it provides to the skeleton, resulting in reactivating the awareness of our center of gravity.
In this class we will work with the ropes and different props, generating flexibility, balance, strength and relaxation, to realign our body posture in our day by day.
