Yoga entered my life over a decade ago. I have completed thousands of hours of trainings and consistent studies with my teachers. I have been a full-time yoga teacher and yoga teacher trainer since 2017. I study under the T.K.V. Desikachar and Krishnamacharya lineage and my classes also have influence of the Himalayan Tradition (Sri Vidya). I am also a Vedanta student.
I'm originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, now residing in Byron Bay, Australia. My teachers are Karin Lynn Carlson and Gloria Arieira. I've also studied with Eddie Stern, Robert Moses, Harshvardhan Jhaveri, Maria Kirsten, Rod Stryker, Carlos Pomeda, Octavio Salvado, Lizzie Lasater, Elena Brower, Rose Baudin, Bess Prescott, Gopala Amir Yaffa, Bec Isaacs, Jayadvaita Das, Eduardo Braune.

Description
gentle practice
In a culture that demands constant reaction, choosing to move slowly is a profound act of self-responsibility.
These sessions use intentional movement, Yin, and restorative approaches to quiet the external noise and sharpen your internal listening.
This is a space for introspection, where the focus shifts from "doing" to understanding the subtle layers of your own experience.
By prioritizing slowness, we create the necessary distance to see our lives more clearly. It’s about cultivating a state of being that is less reactive and more aligned with who you actually are.
These practices act as a balm for a busy lifestyle, providing the replenishment needed to return to the world with a more grounded and authentic presence.
