Joshua Gallegos (@the_grateful_led) will give three special classes this October at Vrij in je Lichaam in Delft.

The focus is on progressive ashtanga and expanding the horizons of your practice with breath control and preparation for advanced postures.

The 90-minute sessions will include a brief introduction to the Rocket sequence, breathing like a metronome, and will end with tea and conversation.

Joshua is a student and teacher with the Prague Yoga Collective and is excited to share these sessions in Delft.

Classes will be 20€ for a drop in or you can purchase a pass for all three for 50€.
