About vyb studio
PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
For quick booking, consider downloading the Momoyoga App!
- Doors open 15 minutes before class time.
- Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins to get acquainted with the space, the teacher, and fellow yogis.
- Shoes off upon entering the studio. We recommend practicing barefoot (without socks).
- Check-in at the front desk and let the teacher know if it’s your first time!
- Be on time for class — doors lock at the class start time!
- Wear clean, breathable clothing to class, and avoid wearing heavy cologne or perfume.
- Please no phones in the practice space. Exceptions are made for emergencies or on-call situations, but otherwise, please leave phones and electronics in your cubby or car. If you have a smart watch, make sure it is in theater mode to not disturb fellow yogis.
- We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle, as some rentals and purchases are limited. Mat rentals are $5 and we also sell yoga mats in the studio (prices vary).
- We encourage getting to know the community! Chatting before and after class is great, but once the practice begins, no talking please.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation Window: Please cancel your class booking more than 1 hour before the scheduled class. This allows us to offer the spot to another yogi who may be on the waitlist or looking to attend.
Late Cancellation/No-show: If a student fails to cancel their booking within the specified cancellation window or simply doesn’t show up for the class, there will be a forfeiture of class pass used.
Special Events or Workshops: If you cancel or no-show a Workshop, Special Event, or Sound Meditation, you forfeit that pass.
OTHER POLICIES:
- You must be 16 years or older to practice yoga with us. We do allow teens under 16 to our Sound Meditations and yin & restore class, only if accompanied by a parent. Please reach out to allie@vyb-studio.com for more info.
- We do NOT offer refunds or extensions on any class credits, workshops, memberships, subscriptions, retreats, apparel, or merchandise.
- Credit and debit cards are accepted in-studio. We only accept cash if you have the exact amount, as we don’t keep a cash drawer at the studio.
- All Class Packs, Drop-ins, and Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom they are assigned. Each individual attending a class, sound bath, or event must have their own account and their own drop-in, class pack, or membership. Sharing passes with friends or family is not permitted.
- All Monthly Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis. All monthly memberships have a 2-month minimum commitment. To cancel your membership or skip a month, you must email us at least 30 days before renewal. Memberships begin and renew on the date of purchase. Annual Memberships cannot be canceled or paused after purchase.
