This special session of Meditation Club blends the power of sound and silence to support deeper inner stillness. Allie will begin by gently guiding you into presence—helping you ground, center, and focus the mind. From there, you’ll remain in a seated meditation posture, staying present with the live sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments, allowing the sound to guide you inward.
Students are encouraged to apply the meditation techniques, breathing exercises, and tools they’ve been exploring throughout Meditation Club—inviting self-trust and independence in practice while resting in quiet awareness.
Unlike our special Full Moon and New Moon Sound Bath Journeys (which are longer, more immersive events where participants lie down and are guided by both sound and voice), this is a simpler, seated experience using live sound in place of continuous verbal guidance.
This class is part of our weekly Meditation Club offerings and is offered at the same rate (included in memberships, class packs, or drop-in passes). Mats and meditation cushions are not provided, so please bring your own if needed. We do have communal props—such as blankets and bolsters—available for free use, and a limited number of rental mats at the front desk. We recommend bringing something comfy to sit on—it doesn’t have to be fancy!
