In this guided Daoist-inspired meditation, we practice resting our attention on specific energy centers throughout the body, drawing awareness away from the endless stream of thoughts and back into direct experience.
Much of our energy is spent in thinking, planning, worrying, working, and reacting. Over time, this can leave us feeling scattered, depleted, and disconnected from ourselves. This meditation helps cultivate a different state—one of presence, groundedness, and inner coherence.
Inspired by the ancient Daoist practice of the Microcosmic Orbit, we'll gently move our awareness through key energetic points in the body, allowing attention and energy to gather, settle, and circulate naturally.
