Nadi Shodhana Breathwork & So Hum Mantra Meditation | Guided Meditation for Clarity & Stillness
Allie LabateJuly 2 2026 • Duration: 30 Minutes
This guided meditation weaves together Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing), subtle prana (qi) awareness, and the timeless, simple practice of So Hum mantra meditation.
We begin with Nadi Shodhana, a traditional yogic breathing technique that gently balances the nervous system, steadies the breath, and prepares the mind for meditation. As the breath becomes more refined, you'll be invited to observe the natural movement of prana (life force energy) throughout the body—not by trying to create an experience, but by becoming aware of what is already present.
From there, we transition into So Hum mantra meditation, silently repeating the mantra with the rhythm of the breath. "So" on the inhale and "Hum" on the exhale. Rather than concentrating or controlling the mind, this practice encourages effortless awareness, allowing thoughts to settle naturally into greater clarity and stillness.
Whether you're beginning a meditation practice or deepening an existing one, this session offers a simple yet profound path toward inner peace, presence, and self-awareness.
