Join Kristy (RYT 500 and Reiki Master) for an important part of every practice - restorative yoga and reiki energy healing. Class includes a restorative practice, a sequence of floor poses done with supportive prop placement. Long, easeful holds allow for full release of tension, and give your muscles and mind the rest and recuperation they need. If you choose, Kristy will also attend to your body’s energy through light touch. Wear comfortable clothes and be ready to feel rejuvenated when you step out the door.

To book, first purchase a Private Reiki Pass ($125 per session), and then come back to book this time slot. Please note Reiki Sessions have different policies - we are not able to offer a refund for cancellations after 24 hours before the session. Clients can book a session up to 3 hours before.

About the session:
In a reiki session, the practitioner will use various hand placements above the body or use a hands on approach. The client possibly may feel subtle, soothing, gentle shifts in their energy patterns. Depending upon individual preference, soft music, essential oils, crystals, and sound instruments will be used. The ultimate goal is to relax!
