A favorite! Join us for a yoga and reiki workshop led by Kristy Liesegang, RYT - 500 and reiki master and Megan Couri, reiki master as they blend restorative yoga with the healing practice of reiki. Infusing reiki healing all throughout the workshop, each restorative yoga pose (lasting approx 6 min) will target a specific chakra/energy center. You’ll leave feeling realigned, refresh led and reset for the days ahead.

Join Kristy (RYT 500 and Reiki Master) for an important part of every practice - restorative yoga and reiki energy healing. Class includes a restorative practice, a sequence of floor poses done with supportive prop placement. Long, easeful holds allow for full release of tension, and give your muscles and mind the rest and recuperation they need. If you choose, Kristy will also attend to your body’s energy through light touch. Wear comfortable clothes and be ready to feel rejuvenated when you step out the door.
