Description
The practice of Yin focuses on an inward reflective attention. We enter a pose and hold for a few moments, long enough to stretch beyond the muscles and into the fascia and connective tissues of the body.
Once we settle into the pose, a form of meditation lingers throughout the hour together. Stillness of the mind and body encapsulates our essence.
Yin helps to create space in the body and mind, leaving you feeling relaxed and ready to take on all that life brings from a fresher perspective!
Wear comfortable, warm clothes and do your best not to drink caffeine or eat for about an hour before.
