This special experience will take you to the depths of what’s going on in your life as a way to feel free of burdens, inspired, and clear.
We will begin with an opening circle to talk about what ecstatic dance is and share intentions.
The ecstatic dance will be 2.5 hours! Yes, you’ll go deep and you’ll be surprised at the beauty you discover.
We will join in a sharing circle at the end, which always feels like such a connected part.
There will be an opportunity for an optional cuddle puddle! I don’t know about you, but I love the cuddles!!!
