Description
This special experience will take you to the depths of what’s going on in your life as a way to feel free of burdens, inspired, and clear.
We will begin with an opening circle to talk about what ecstatic dance is and how you can benefit most from the practice.
The ecstatic dance will be over 2.5 hours! Yes, you’ll go deep and you’ll be surprised at the beauty you discover. If you’re thinking ‘I can’t!’ our of old fear, actually, YOU CAN! Come and find out.
We will join in a sharing circle at the end, which always feels like such a connected part.
There will be an opportunity for an optional cuddle puddle! I don’t know about you, but I love the cuddles!!! This has been a huge part of the healing that takes place at the studio these days.

Bring water.
Wear comfortable clothes (it will get hot in there!)
