Description
*special event*
Whether you’re new or experienced with breathwork, you are more than welcome to take a moment to ground, rebalance, and release stress during the holiday season in this meditative breathwork session. There will be time to set an individual intention for the class, we’ll take roughly 30-40 minutes to intentionally breathe (we’ll collaborate so that each breather is comfortable with the pace and breath pattern!), then take a moment of self-reflection/group reflection.
Please bring a journal/sketchpad and pen so that you can write down or draw any break-throughs you might have during the session.
Megan has graciously allowed this space to be offered via donations to the Wellness for Wanderers scholarship fund.
Suggested donation $5-20, appreciated but not expected.
