Join Britli Foley and Ryeleigh Atwood for a deep dive into the Solar Plexus chakra! We will discuss what makes each chakra unique and ways to balance them. Each class, one per month, will include learning, a chakra balancing yoga practice (all levels), a meditation and sound bath. You will also receive information sheets to take home and an essential oil roller that coordinates with that chakra.
