Description
Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation technique that guides you into the deepest brainwaves states so that you can realign into your most peaceful and relaxed self.
30 minutes equals the deep rest as if your body received 3 hours of deep sleep!!!
2pm is my personal favorite time to practice Nidra because it helps me to feel renewed and completely refreshed for the rest of my day. It’s like I feel that I get two days in one 🥰
Wear comfortable, warm clothes. Option to bring a blanket. We do have yoga blankets at the studio that you’re welcome to use as well. Drink plenty of water and do your best not to eat an hour before or after class.
