Description

Ayuryoga is a mixture of yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic knowledge. It focuses on the 5 elements of nature and how they show up in our own personal and unique lives. In this class we will be learning different breathing techniques, yoga asana, meditation, and chanting. I will also give you a “lifestyle challenge” each week to try and come back the next week to talk about. Come ready to learn a lot in this class!
