Description
Ashtanga or 8 limb yoga Is a practice of synchronized breath and movement to produce an internal fire designed to purify the body and mind. Ashtanga is great for building core strength, and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence, because it’s a set sequence you will see improvements in your movement with each class.
