Inner Axis is a breath-based system developed by Max Strom that helps to calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety. It produces a level of fitness that helps you function at a higher level in your personal and professional life.
Each class includes breath-based yoga movement and mindfulness with has roots in Hatha yoga and Chi Gong. It is suited for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced students, as different options are given for different levels. No flexibility or experience is required, the aim of this lesson is to enhance your well-being, not to achieve certain shapes. This practice suits you even if your body is tight or you just have a very busy schedule. In addition to breath-based movement each class has a guided visualization and relaxation techniques to take with you.
This class is taught in English, but it is of course open to everyone. Come, join and start a journey closer to your Inner Axis!
