Passionate about guiding others back to balance, I am a 200-hour Sivananda lineage Hatha Yoga teacher who believes yoga is truly for everyone. My teaching focuses on creating harmony between mind, body, and spirit to support overall wellbeing and a happier, more fulfilled life. Through practices such as pranayama (breathwork), asana (movement), meditation, and sound healing, I help students reconnect with themselves, heal from within, and cultivate lasting inner peace. One of the most meaningful teachings from my training comes from the very first sutra of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: “Now, the yoga begins”. To me, this is a reminder that every moment is an opportunity to return to ourselves, begin again, and step more fully into our practice—on and off the mat.

Description

Giggles & Grounding is a playful and nurturing yoga class designed for children ages 3–6 to move, breathe, and grow. Through age-appropriate yoga poses, mindful play, breathing practices, sound work, and gentle exploration, children are encouraged to connect with their bodies, emotions, and the world around them in a fun and supportive environment.
This class helps little ones build confidence, balance, focus, and self-awareness while learning simple tools for grounding and calm. With imagination, movement, and joy at the heart of each session, Giggles & Grounding creates a safe space for your child to explore themselves and their place in the world—one breath, one giggle, and one pose at a time.
