With a deep passion for mind-body wellness, Morgan blends the grounding power of yoga with the healing potential of expression informed by her yoga teacher training.

Whether guiding you through breath work on the mat, exploring the body, creativity & spirituality: Morgan creates space for presence, self-discovery and connecting back to the authentic body.

Morgan at Wildher Folk teaches a vinyasa class. This class offers a harmonious blend utilising the flowing movements with some longer held, passive stretches, connecting body to breath. This encourages moving with intention and allowing the body to settle in stillness. This balanced practice can enhance strength flexibility, fitness and the calmness of the mind.

The classes offer a grounding and accessible practice for all levels—all are welcome from beginners to seasoned yogis.
