For Alessandra, yoga has always been a way to reconnect with herself. After taking her first class in 2012, she immediately fell in love with the practice, noticing the powerful effects asana has on the body and mind. In 2025, Alessandra completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Perennial with Megan Grace and Keith Borden and Yin Yoga training with Kramas Yoga. Alessandra is moved by the beauty of the ordinary and the journey of navigating what it means to be human. She seeks to create space to feel it all. In her classes you’ll find flowing sequences to release energy, steps into challenge to build strength, and deep surrender to find rest. Alessandra brings with her inspiration from the natural world and is always seeking to learn and share the lessons that come with flowing with the cycles of nature.

Description

A flow class focuses on balance, strength, connection, and relaxation. In this class you can expect a positive, encouraging mood, focusing on peaceful breathing and connecting with your body’s whole range of motion. Vinyasa practice creates strength and fluidity in the body and mind. Classes are for every body and are welcoming of all skill levels.
