Description
Getting Comfortable with Setting Boundaries is a 30-minute experiential workshop designed to help participants explore the emotional and relational power of healthy boundaries. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and gentle group discussion, attendees will learn how to identify their personal limits, communicate them with clarity and compassion, and begin to release the guilt often associated with saying “no.” Whether you're a chronic people-pleaser or simply seeking more balance in your relationships, this workshop offers a supportive space to reconnect with your needs and practice self-respect in action.
