Aerial yoga combines the physical practice of yoga with elements of acrobatics through the use of a suspended hammock. Emphasis is placed on deep stretching, decompression of the spine, core engagement, strengthening, and inverting safely.

Is a more dynamic style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.
In the pranayama portion of the class, beginners usually start with a three-part deep breathing pattern similar to that of Integral Yoga.
Only at more advanced levels do students learn to incorporate retention, or breath holding, into pranayama. At this point Jalandhara Bandha, the chin lock, is introduced. Retention is said to be important because “it super-injects prana into the system,” and “builds up tremendous vitality.”

Es un estilo de yoga más dinámico que se caracteriza por encadenar posturas para que puedas pasar de una a otra, sin problemas, utilizando la respiración.
En la parte de pranayama de la clase, los principiantes generalmente comienzan con un patrón de respiración profunda de tres partes similar al del Yoga Integral.
Solo en niveles más avanzados los estudiantes aprenden a incorporar la retención, o aguantar la respiración, en el pranayama. En este punto se introduce Jalandhara Bandha, el bloqueo de la barbilla. Se dice que la retención es importante porque "superinyecta prana en el sistema" y "acumula una tremenda vitalidad".

Aerial Yin Yoga is a variation of traditional Yin Yoga that incorporates the use of aerial hammocks or silk fabrics to support and enhance the practice. Yin Yoga typically involves holding passive floor poses for an extended duration to target the connective tissues and promote flexibility. In Aerial Yin Yoga, practitioners use the hammock to aid in deepening stretches and achieving passive inversion poses. The hammock provides additional support, allowing participants to relax into the poses with less effort. This fusion of aerial elements with the principles of Yin Yoga aims to release tension, increase flexibility, and create a unique and therapeutic experience.

El Aerial Yin Yoga es una variante del Yin Yoga tradicional que incorpora el uso de hamacas aéreas o telas de seda para apoyar y mejorar la práctica. El Yin Yoga típicamente implica mantener posturas pasivas en el suelo durante un tiempo prolongado para dirigirse a los tejidos conectivos y fomentar la flexibilidad.
