Yoga is a discipline of freedom. Practicing asanas on the ropes gives resistance/traction which creates the space required to experience more freedom inside the body. It allows students to go beyond their perceived physical limitations by revealing the full range of movement possible and gives a direct experience of transcending the boundaries created by mind. Part 1 focuses on Hips, Shoulders, and Limbs.
