Arista Mayo
Arista Mayo is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and Waldorf Kindergarten teacher with six years of experience holding space for young souls with reverence, play, and care. Her teaching is deeply informed by her connection to the natural world, her love for Maui and Hawaiian culture, and her ongoing study across spiritual exploration and yogic traditions. She is also trained in trauma-informed approaches and holds space with deep sensitivity to the nervous system and emotional body. Arista approaches yoga as a living prayer—an offering of bhakti, devotion, and grace. Her classes are an invitation to return home to the truest self, to sit in the seat of one’s own truth, and to connect with the divine within. While trained in the Kundalini Yoga tradition, she navigates its complexities with discernment, embracing the parts that uplift and empower while consciously releasing those that do not align with the highest good. Each class weaves breath, asana, bandha, mantra, and meditation into a sacred space for self-inquiry, emotional alchemy, and embodied devotion.

Description

Come as you are. This class is a devotional space to land, to breathe, and to remember. Rooted in Kundalini Yoga and guided by a trauma-informed approach, we explore practices that awaken energy, process emotion stored in the body, and reconnect us with our inner wisdom. Through breathwork, movement, mantra, and stillness, you are invited to soften into your truth, open to grace, and feel your way home to the divine within. Expect a heart-led, potent practice infused with bhakti, reverence, and the deep remembering of your inner truths.
