She focuses on helping her clients develop stress resilience, mental clarity, and a mindset of success in mastering their health; all key components that must exist for any fitness program to work. She infuses her teaching with playfulness and enthusiasm for life.

Description

Core Strength Balance is a movement-based practice to build resilience from the inside out. In this unique 2-part series (6/13 and 6/20), we will explore how the conditioned patterns that live in the body are either helping us (they are always trying to), or getting in the way of what we truly want.
Drawing from the wisdom of strength training, pilates, yoga, and somatic awareness, we will cultivate our ability to move from a place of strength through resistance to find freedom. Honoring the connection between our mind and body, this class was designed with the specific needs of 40+-year-old female minds/bodies and is open to all fitness levels. You will be guided to meet yourself where you are and grow from there.
