Rachel ‘ihilani Berman is a Maui grown mover, dancer, and yoga practitioner. She received the teachings of Dreaming Awake Yoga Nidra from Alexandra Crow through her Grounded Crown offerings for living earth embodiment. After over a decade of dance and performance work in North America, Rachel returned home to Maui in the fall of 2019 and has since been developing and offering her teaching and healing modalities. www.rachelihilaniberman.com
Description
Dance Lab is a space for exploration, experimentation, and discovery. Together we will move through shape, texture, quality, and sensation into the unique expressions and aesthetic sensibilities of form. From there, we'll move into structured movement explorations and choreography to play, learn, and connect.
