With a background in surfing, boxing, and Muay Thai, Maxine didn’t immediately fall in love with the slower pace of yoga. But after committing to a daily practice, something shifted. What began as cross-training evolved into a deep respect for yoga’s intelligence, precision, and transformative power. Through consistent practice, Max experienced firsthand how yoga strengthens not just the body, but the nervous system, the breath, and the mind. Max enjoys sharing the subtle ways yoga reshapes a person from the inside out — cultivating resilience, clarity, and grounded strength that extends far beyond the mat.

Gentle Vinyasa is a slow-paced, accessible yoga practice that synchronizes breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Unlike faster styles, it features moderate pacing, longer pose holds, and fluid transitions designed to reduce stress. Suitable for all levels, this class includes props and modifications to encourage compassion and inclusion.
