Sophia Miller
Sophia was born and raised in Sun Valley, Idaho, where she grew up ski racing and discovered her love for challenging and understanding her physical body. Her spiritual journey began during her first yoga class at eleven, igniting a passion for holistic living and sustainable connection to the earth.
She studied biology with a minor in environmental science, taught yoga at Eckerd College, and is 200-hour certified through House of OM in Bali. She is currently completing her trauma-informed yoga certification and personal training license. She teaches inclusive, empowering classes and aims to continue growing as an instructor while pursuing continuing education to expand her knowledge base.
Description
Gentle Vinyasa is a slow-paced, accessible yoga practice that synchronizes breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Unlike faster styles, it features moderate pacing, longer pose holds, and fluid transitions designed to reduce stress. Suitable for all levels, this class includes props and modifications to encourage compassion and inclusion.
