Sophia Miller
Sophia was born and raised in Sun Valley, Idaho, where she grew up ski racing and discovered her love for challenging and understanding her physical body. Her spiritual journey began during her first yoga class at eleven, igniting a passion for holistic living and sustainable connection to the earth. She studied biology with a minor in environmental science, taught yoga at Eckerd College, and is 200-hour certified through House of OM in Bali. She is currently completing her trauma-informed yoga certification and personal training license. She teaches inclusive, empowering classes and aims to continue growing as an instructor while pursuing continuing education to expand her knowledge base.

Designed specifically for all ages, this empowering class blends strength, athleticism, and mindful movement in one smart, effective workout. Led by an ex–ski racer who is also a yoga teacher and HIIT coach, each session combines light weight lifting, focused core work, and heart-pumping intervals to build lean muscle, support bone health, and boost energy. Thoughtfully structured and joint-conscious, the class challenges you while honoring your body. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and confidently capable — because strength has no age limit.
