Slow Paced Deep Stretch class focusing on the major muscles affecting the pelvic girdle. Poses are mostly close to the earth and supported by props to hold the body in optimal alignment and spacious traction while the nervous sytem is soothed with deep slow breathing. Emphasis on long exhales help release deep holding patterns in order to allow the body to reset to optimal alignment. Perfect for beginners and those needing a quiet nurturing class.
