Diana has been honing her yoga teaching craft since 2003. She first trained to teach under the tutelage of Advaita Vedanta and Vinyasa teacher Sri Louise. She is an Ayurvedic Practitioner Graduate of Mount Madonna College of Ayurveda class of 2009, and she teaches seasonal diet and lifestyle classes, and leads Ayurvedic detoxification cleanse programs. She is also, since 2015, a dedicated student of the teachings of the late BKS Iyengar and Iyengar Yoga. Diana is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and currently studies with Senior Iyengar Yoga mentor Holly Walck Kostura. Yoga and Ayurveda have been essential in Diana’s growth and evolution as a human being. Iyengar yoga has helped her overcome 15 years of chronic back pain and SI joint issues. Yoga & Ayurveda have nourished her with holistic awareness, strength, resiliency, and freedom. Her other loves are her surfing family, 4 pets, Colombian music, kirtan singing, Maui streams, and the preciousness and potentiality of humanity and life.

Melanie has been practicing various forms of yoga since 2002 and found that her practice helped her to stay balanced and centered through this journey we call life. Melanie is also a reiki practitioner and has volunteered as an energy worker at various centers to assist patients through their healing process. Melanie’s classes bring to you a soothing space filled with healing energy to help restore your mind, body, and spirit. Her spiritual journey began very early when she found herself questioning things most children (and adults) didn’t seem to notice. As she fumbled her way through young adulthood she began digging deeper and deeper to discover the magic life has to offer through the healing art of yoga, reading and, most importantly, direct experience. She would go on to carve a path for herself that would ultimately bring her to call Maui “home”. After her first Wisdom Flow class Melanie realized that there had been something fundamentally missing in the prior 20 years of yoga practice and decided to learn the foundational principals from Jennifer Lynn directly. She received her 200 RYT right here at Wisdom Flow, and has gone on to receive additional certifications in Restorative Yoga from Arhanta Academy.

Tria is a Singer-Songwriter & Sacred dancer that offers pathways of Energy Alignment, Soul Embodiment & the Beauty Way through song, movement & dance. Her soulful vocals & music making are known to transport the listener gracefully into a deep Heart Resonance, stabilizing a field of love where Mind, Body & Spirit can come into harmony. She also loves creating a sacred container for people to explore the various aspects of Self that want to be expressed and embodied through movement, dance and voice.  She is a Peace Keeper & Gadugi member of Sunray Meditation Society, a spiritual organization dedicated to planetary peace. She helps share teachings of the Peace Keeper from the Aniyunwiwa Tsalagi (Cherokee) Spiritual tradition and Peace making from Tibetan Buddhism.  Tria also danced in a traditional Hula Halau for over a decade and performs Hula and Hawaiian music on Maui for Ceremonies, Special Events and Retreats. These energy streams inspire, nourish & support Tria's sound, music and dance offerings.
