About Wise Moves Yoga

At Wise Moves Yoga, I am focused on providing a yoga experience of breath and movement that is beneficial to your body.

I lead classes that are playful and explore concepts of movement (flexibility) and joint range. Providing pose adjustments for different experience levels and that cater to your fitness, flexibility and strength.
