I love the contrast of pole: combining athletic power with deep musicality and feminine grace. I didn’t start pole with a gymnastics foundation -I started because I missed climbing trees and being on stage. Pole classes are the perfect place to turn off your brain, have a laugh, and explore different sides of yourself.
Expect strong technique, jokes, and the freedom to feel both powerful and beautiful on the pole!
