Breathwork meets Cacao - Self Love

Nathalie is visiting Munich from Barcelona for a short time, let's use this gift to gather together in a Circle of breathwork, cacao and love 🌼

Circle of safety, support, warmth and love. An evening for you to come into stillness, to listen to your hearts calling and to be completely guided and held.

Come with all that you are, because that is perfectly perfect.

Why Cacao? (not cocoa or hot chocolate you might think of)
Cacao is an amazing heart opening medicine. It consist of many minerals, magnesium and anti-oxidants that it will relax your muscles and tissues. Dropping from the mind to the heart. From thinking to feeling. The spirit of cacao ceremonies, invite you to come home to yourself. Coming back into alignment. 🌸 Thanking the Mayan ancestors for the knowledge, history and rituals they bring to our life. Honouring their wisdom and teachings, honouring nature and all it teaches us, honouring ourselves for all we bring into this world.

It doesn't matter if it will be your first time, or hundredth time drinking cacao, you will be fully guided. It isn't a psychedelic either.

Why Breath-work?
Breath-work is an amazing Tool to connect your body with your minds. It can help you embody the feeling of self-love deeply in your subconscious mind to let it grow from there.

Holotropic Breath-work specifically is a tool for you to connect with your subconscious mind supporting you to librate, let go and make room for new things to come on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

You don’t need to have any experience in Breath-work. I will provide you with a safe & guided space from beginning to end.

Contra-indications for drinking cacao:
Even though it is a superfood, and is safe, there are some cases to not drink it or have a lower dose. Please let me know at least 48 hours before the event, if any of the apply to you, and check with your doctor.

- pregnancy or breast-feeding
- high blood pressure or a heart condition
- if you take SSRI's anti-depressants

To prepare for the circle:
- best avoid coffee on the day or at least 4 hours before the circle
- best to join on an empty stomach, preferably no food 3 or 4 hours before the circle, please eat a heavier lunch instead. Or eat something light and easily digestible up to 2 hours before
- wear something comfortable, as you will be sitting or laying down for a while
