Description
Time: Meeting at 18:50 to start on time at 19:00 and end at 20:00. You will not be able to join in the class if you arrive late due to your physical safety and respect to other students. Meet by the entrance to the park, right beside the Bombay Restaurant.

In the Soul Circle, you will have the opportunity to engage in various activities, including circle sharing, meditation, journaling, and practicing different themes each month. It's a safe haven where you can embrace your authenticity and be fully yourself.

As we all know, summer can get pretty hectic with a whirlwind of activities, events, and travels. While they bring us joy, it's equally important to embrace slowness and restoration to fully integrate all that joy into our lives, right? ππ€

Through slow and mindful movements, we'll create space and openness in the physical body. ππ Gentle stretches will guide us into a state of relaxation and ease, allowing us to release tension and stress. π¬οΈπββοΈ Embracing the mellow flow, we will discover the beauty of expanding our physical capabilities while respecting our body's limits. ποΈπͺ
