Description
A supportive postpartum fitness class designed to help you safely rebuild full-body strength after birth—with special focus on the core and pelvic floor—through functional, progressive movement. Join anytime, at any stage of your postpartum journey.
Each session focuses on functional, full-body strength with special attention to:
• Core reactivation and pelvic floor support
• Glute and back strengthening
• Posture, stability, and everyday movement patterns
Classes are non-heated and primarily use bodyweight exercises, with occasional use of postpartum-friendly props such as blocks, Pilates balls, straps, and resistance bands. Expect a progressive, approachable style that helps you reconnect with your body at your own pace.
You’re welcome to attend with your baby or on your own — whatever feels best for you that day.
Pre-walking babies (non-mobile) are welcome — feed, soothe, or snuggle as needed.
You may join once you have medical clearance following birth (typically around 6 weeks postpartum).
🧘♀️ What to Bring
Yoga mats and blankets are provided. Just bring water and anything that keeps you (and baby) comfortable.
🕕 Arrival Details (please arrive 10 minutes early)
There is a hot yoga class scheduled before ours, the studio doors will remain locked until that class ends and the space has been cleaned. The room may still feel warm when you enter, but it will gradually cool down as we begin our class.
Mats and blankets will be set up for you upon entry.
🚗 Parking & Baby Gear
There’s plenty of parking in the complex.
Car seats and carriers are welcome inside.
Limited space for strollers is available.
💳 Booking
This class can be booked using a class pass or unlimited membership.
