Afa Wright
Afa’s dedicated spiritual and meditation practice is what led her to the healing power of Yoga. She believes that a healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body, and yoga is the key to establishing that connection between mind and body.
Afa began her Yoga Teacher training with the South Okanagan Yoga Academy, where she completed her 200hr teacher training. Over the years she has gone on to completing her 300hr training, pre/post natal training, Children’s Yoga levels 1-3, and is also a certified Yin instructor and a Reiki practitioner.
Afa is a true believer that yoga is for ALL BODIES and is overjoyed when students find their confidence and groove in her classes. She has led multiple Baby & Me series and thrives on assisting mamas in finding their way back Home to themselves while strengthening their bodies. Community is key in the postpartum journey and Afa’s superpower is creating supportive, loving communities for mamas to connect with one another!

Harp Sitara
Yoga and meditation didn’t just change Harp’s posture—they transformed her life. She came to the mat in 2019 during a battle with depression following her divorce. What started as a one-month introductory yoga pass quickly turned into a lifeline. Her mat became a sacred space where anxiety softened, self-compassion grew, and healing began.
Harp has also journeyed through intensive treatment for an eating disorder and body dysmorphia. Her lived experiences—both on and off the mat—inspire her to create inclusive, empowering spaces where all bodies and all emotions are welcome.
For over 13 years, Harp has taught a variety of movement practices including pole dance, aerial silks, and group fitness. In 2025, she completed her Oxygen Yoga & Fitness 20-Hour Methodized Training, adding to her 200-Hour training with Modo Yoga International and her 90-Hour Prenatal & Postpartum certification from Embodied Woman Yoga in Singapore.
Her teaching style focuses on alignment, accessibility, and deep listening. Whether you’re craving a challenge or seeking restoration, Harp offers options to meet you where you are—inviting you to connect with your own innate wisdom and surrender fully into the most important posture of all- savasana.
Harp’s passion for prenatal and postpartum yoga is deeply personal. After giving birth at home in 2022 unmedicated, in water, and catching her baby herself—she experienced firsthand the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts of new motherhood. She’s especially passionate about supporting birthing people through these transitions with care, compassion, and evidence-informed movement.
Before transitioning into full-time yoga teaching, Harp spent 15 years in corporate marketing, most recently as an Executive Director at a Fortune 500 company. After being laid off in 2024, she took it as a blessing—a chance to leave behind the burnout and toxic hustle, and instead, dedicate her time to her yoga offerings and her family. Her corporate background brings a high level of professionalism, organization (and yes, plenty of spreadsheets) to her work as a wellness entrepreneur.
When she’s not teaching, Harp is deepening her own yoga practice as a lifelong student, soaking in the sauna, exploring spiritual teachings, or enjoying quality time with her son, two stepkids and dog Oreo. She also loves traveling, indulging in spa days, and prioritizing self-care as a cornerstone of her well-being.

Darlene Jordan
Darlene’s love for yoga started at Vancouver Film School, where she immersed herself in acting, singing, and dancing. The curriculum included a daily yoga practice and soon it became her foundation for living a fulfilled life. Drawn to warmth and sunshine, she naturally gravitated towards teaching hot yoga, finding both comfort and challenge in the heat. In 2020, she earned her certification, blending yoga philosophy with ATG (Athletic Truth Group) principles to promote strength through length, full-range mobility, and joint longevity. Now, she’s currently working on completing her Prenatal & Post-Partum Yoga Teaching Certification and is already integrating her knowledge into her classes.
With experience as an online coach and advocate for plant-based living, Darlene has contributed guides and e-books to the Plant-Based and Raw Vegan Bundles, sharing her insights on movement and nutrition. For 8 years, she managed a before-and after school daycare of 80-100 children, which has deepened her passion for leadership, child development and mindful movement from an early age.
Darlene believes in Living in Alignment; where her actions, lifestyle, and choices reflect her truest self. Right now, alongside teaching yoga, her greatest focus is raising her son with these values, guiding him to discover his own strengths and passions.

Each class begins with a group discussion around pregnancy-related topics, offering space to share experiences, emotions, and insights in a safe, nurturing environment. This time for connection helps ease feelings of isolation and fosters a sense of community as you move through pregnancy.
The movement portion blends breathwork, strength-building, and pelvic floor awareness with flowing sequences and restorative poses designed to support your changing body. You’ll learn postures to help relieve common pregnancy discomforts, reduce stress, and build strength and openness in preparation for birth and postpartum recovery. Asanas (postures) are thoughtfully adapted with props like blocks, straps, and bolsters for safe and accessible movement.
Each class also includes a guided visualization or meditation — a quiet moment to connect with your baby and tune inward.
