Suitable for all ages, Yogalates is an excellent blend of Yoga and Pilates. This method is gaining popularity all over the world. Here are some of the benefits of Yogalates:

By engaging various muscle groups, these poses help you gain body strength. Yogalates also aids in lengthening the muscles and especially helps make your lower and abdominal back strong.

Regelmatig bewegen en ontspanning is een must voor een gezond lichaam. Hier moet je tijd voor maken. En waarom maken we die tijd alleen voor of na het werk? Waarom niet juist midden op de dag?

Wouldn't you love to find a way to boost your child's self-esteem? Is your child maybe a little monkey? Or a ball of energy? Kids Aerial Yoga might be one of the most powerful activities you may not have thought of...

Aerial yoga features the use of slings (hammocks) suspended from the ceiling to give your child the feeling of weightless, safe flight. In Kids Aerial Yoga fantasy becomes a reality and kids get to use their creative energy.

There are many more benefits to Aerial Yoga. We work on motor skills and balance, and develop body awareness. Through play we work on building strength while we also work on social skills.

Empowering young yogis to feel strong and confident is one of our goals. If it is also your goals as a parent, let your kid try it out. If they love it, they can join our weekly classes too.

NOTE:
1. Make sure that your child wears zipper and button free clothing to help keep our hammocks safe.
2. Refrain from eating and drinking 1 hour from the start of class!

Find balance and energy with Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga will allow you to reduce stress, calm and balance body and mind. It can help you improve your flexibility and mobility. We‘ll work to free up the energy in the body, making your Organs happy.

What is Yin Yoga?

In Yin Yoga we move at a slower pace, holding poses for up to five minutes. Instead of heating up, we relax the muscles as much as possible. In these passive poses we can work the deeper connective tissues – tendons, ligaments and fascia.

You are the Yin to my Yang <3

Yin completes a more heating yang practice, such as Vinyasa yoga, running or weight exercise. In Yin we slow things down and turn inward. A wonderful antidote in today‘s fast-paced world.

Regulating the breath plays an important role in the practice in order to stabilize it. The Hatha Yoga practice will calm down and quiet your mind. After the practice you will feel peaceful, open and strong.

It is a mild practice so it is a great style for people who are new to yoga or students who prefer a more relaxed style.

Come to the Basics workshop (perfect for beginners) and we will show you not only how to be safe IN the fabric, but also how to work WITH the fabric to create a wonderful supported yoga experience.

Aerial yoga is a fun way of experiencing yoga. On the one hand you will be challenged in this workshop, getting into poses you have never even seen. On the other hand, you will feel very supported in the fabric, experiencing the calm and warmth of being weightless in your own little cocoon.

In this workshop we will move gentle and slow, giving you time to experience and go as far as you like.
We will end this workshop with a snack and hot tea!
