Hi, I'm Evy — the face (and smile) behind Work in Progress Yoga. I teach yoga, Pilates, sound baths, and Reiki with a grounded yet playful approach that encourages curiosity and connection. With over 800 hours of training and more than six years of teaching experience, my classes invite you to meet yourself where you are — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether we're flowing, pausing, or resting, my goal is to create a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and real. Come as you are; we’re all a work in progress.

Give yourself a gentle pause between all the end-of-year festivities.

This 75-minute class begins with around 50 minutes of soft, steady Vinyasa to help you move, breathe, unwind, and reconnect with your body. We close with an extended savasana supported by the calming sound of the singing bowls; a moment to digest the season and settle your nervous system.

A nourishing way to return to yourself before stepping into the new year.
