Description
Every two weeks on a Monday evening I give a free meditation. A moment to tune out with the world around and taking a moment to tune in with yourself. It's a guided meditation that focuses on bringing the attention back to the body, the breath and 'simply' being here as we are.
As a mindfulness trainer I often got the question after the 8-week courses if we can keep coming together to meditate, and so I answered this request with these meditations. There meant to keep the community close to the practice, as a tool and support.
Everyone is very welcome to join, you don't have to have joined a mindfulness course before or are a regular meditator.
