In this workshop we will go into the different aspects of what nourishment is suited to the different body types (doshas), how to mindfully prepare simple and wholesome meals and how you can integrate this into your own daily routine. No crazy ingredient lists or expensive superfoods, but simple and affordable. Next to the nourishing aspects of food we will also dive into the power of nourishing the Soul with practices likes Yoga & Mindfulness.
