Description
This class is a dynamic practice dedicated to developing hip mobility, spinal flexibility, and safe backbends. Through a balanced combination of Hatha Yoga, mobility drills, active flexibility, and strengthening exercises, you'll build the stability and control needed to move with greater freedom.
Rather than chasing flexibility alone, we cultivate strength, body awareness, and healthy movement patterns that support sustainable progress. Expect to work on the hips, shoulders, chest, and spine while gradually exploring deeper backbends in a safe and accessible way.
✨ This class is perfect for:
• Improving hip mobility and spinal flexibility
• Building strength for healthy backbends
• Opening the hips, shoulders, and chest
• Reducing stiffness from daily life
• Complementing your Hatha, Vinyasa, or Ashtanga practice
Accessible to all levels — variations are always offered, so you can progress at your own pace.
