Description

In Sanskrit, “Hatha” is derived from two words:
Ha - Sun
Tha - Moon
Together they symbolise the balance of opposing forces, such as strength and flexibility, effort and surrender, etc. This reflects the goal of Hatha Yoga to create harmony and balance in the body and mind. Combining pranayama (Breathwork) and asana (postures) this class emulates the essence of traditional yoga.

This session will help rinse off the night and prepare you for the day ahead. Each posture is an opportunity to gently open and reconnect the mind-body connection. Suitable for all levels.
